Seemed like it would be pretty easy to slice the tops off the eyeballs with a miter saw. In reality, it involved several of them flying through the air at high velocity before I figured out the right way to do it. I eventually figured it out and I think I have a good process now. Anyways, here’s a very grumpy crab.
